User Agreement

Welcome to Eloty. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Eloty, a mobile application that allows users to generate new images using reference photos, enhance photos, and review creative history. By downloading, accessing, or using Eloty, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility
Eloty is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 are not permitted to access or use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Eloty only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

• You are responsible for any content you upload, create, or share through the app.

• You must not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information associated with your use of the app.

3. App Features
Eloty provides the following features:

• Old photo optimization

• Hair color changes

• Photo effect enhancements

• Review and manage your personal creative history

Eloty may update or add new features at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the app remains your personal creation. Eloty retains ownership of the app’s underlying software, algorithms, and technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app without explicit permission.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Eloty provides tools to enhance and generate images, but results may vary.

• Eloty is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

• You acknowledge that using the app involves your own judgment, and Eloty is not liable for any decisions or consequences resulting from generated content.

6. Privacy and Data
Your use of Eloty is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination
Eloty may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate this Agreement or engage in unauthorized or harmful behavior. You may also stop using the app at any time.

8. Modifications to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. The latest version will always be available in the app. Continued use of Eloty constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
